When you join the program, you will build your annual growth plan with Nerma. This document becomes the compass for every individual session. Without a plan, there is no direction.

Monthly Group Session · 90 min

Each month, one member takes the hot seat. They present their biggest challenge or pending decision. The group listens, asks questions, and provides real-world peer perspective.

1:1 Session with Nerma · 30 min

A private monthly session with Nerma. Direct follow-up on your annual plan. This is not generic coaching—it is guided execution.

It’s a short form, no red tape, just the questions I need to assess whether there’s a real fit. If there isn’t a fit, I’ll tell you straight up.

I review it within 48 hours

If your profile qualifies, you’ll receive an email inviting you to a call with me. If it’s not the right time for you, I’ll tell you that too—respectfully and with reasons.

30-minute conversation

It’s not a sales pitch. It’s a conversation where you assess whether this is for you and I assess whether you’re right for this. If there’s a mutual fit, I’ll extend a formal invitation.

You confirm your spot

You’ll receive the payment link and the membership agreement. Once confirmed, you’ll join the WhatsApp group and we’ll schedule your kickoff session to build your annual plan.
