Each month, you have a private, virtual session with me—not a group setting, not a recording. It is a direct conversation where we review where you stand, what is working, and what your next concrete step is. You don’t move forward alone.
Feasibility assessment of your idea
Before investing time and money, let’s determine if your idea has a real market. We analyze the demand, the ideal customer, the competition, and whether the numbers make sense. If the idea needs tweaking, we do it here.
Creating Your Business Plan
Not an 80-page document that no one is going to read. A clear, actionable plan that you can explain in five minutes and use to make decisions—and to present to banks, investors, or funding programs.
Map of funding sources
You will know exactly where to go to seek capital—federal funds, local programs, banks, angel investors, creative alternatives—and which option makes the most sense for your type of business and the stage you are at.
Guidance on permits and legal structure
The steps you need to take to operate legally from the start. Which type of entity suits you best, what permits you need, and the order in which to handle them—avoiding surprises or costly mistakes down the line.

You can join at any time of the year. Upon signing up, you receive access to the introductory materials, and we schedule your first session to establish your starting point.
We work on the viability of your idea (Months 1–2)
We start by validating that the idea has a real market before building anything on top of it. Each monthly session has a specific objective and a clear deliverable.
You build your business plan (Months 3–4)
Once viability is confirmed, we build your plan. Not in the abstract—but based on your numbers, your market, and your revenue model. A document that is yours and ready to use.
Financing, permits, and launch (Months 5–6)
We wrap up the program with the funding map and legal structure in hand. You leave with everything you need to take the first step with confidence.
